- Is it possible to request a delivery time?
Unfortunately due to the volume we distribute it is very challenging to accomodate every customers requested delivery time! However we do recommend leaving a contact number so our drivers can give a call with an estimate time of arrival.
- What days do you deliver?
Our delivery schedule works from Tuesday to Friday every week. Our delivery drivers will always work until their last drop. When you place your drinks order your delivery days will appear for your area when you have confirmed your order.
- Can I leave my order on your office's answer machine?
We don't encourage our customers to do this, However orders can be placed by calling our head office on 01592 770 864, Between the hours of 8:30am - 3pm.
- How do I go about getting an install of Allson's bag in box machine?
Contact your Allson's sales representative or our main office where they will be able to help with your query. Our in-house technicians will make contact with yoursef to arrange a time and date to install our machine along with the juice of your choice.
- If I wanted to swap a brand on my bar, Who can help?
We can help with this! Your sales represenatative will be able to arrange this, If you contact them with your query they will direct you in the right direction or make an Install request for you.
- My order has cancelled while attempting to make payment, why?
Payment needs to be submitted at time of placing order as the payment gateway will time out and this is what causes the order to be cancelled.
